A. There are 3 plans in Cappuccino.com

・Basic plan  50,000 yen(tax not included) Low priority One month release period
・Gold plan  70,000 yen(tax not included) medium priority  One month release period
・Platinum plan  100,000 yen(tax not included) High priority One month release period

Procedure of job posting
Q. Please tell me the procedure and method of application.
A. Firstly, register with the information of your company by clicking the following page.
We will slightly screen the information you submitted to us. About the screening criteria, please check the following for the screening criteria.

Q. I cannot receive ID after company registration.
A. If no confirmation E-mail is received 30 minutes after company registration, the reasons below can be considered.

a. A wrong Email address has been submitted.

As there is a typing mistake of your Email,
you cannot receive an Email from “Cappuccino.com” due to this reason.
Please check it again.

b. The Email is being automatically sent to the spam box or the trash box.

Depending on circumstances, the Email from Cappuccino.com
is being automatically sent to the spam box or the trash box.
Please check the your email and the setting of security etc.
  
If the problem still cannot be solved, Please write down your company name, the representative name, the correct Email address and the wrong Email address (if you know). contact us via enquiry form

Procedure of job posting

Q. I don’t know my company ID and password.
A. If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot your password?” on the login page and reset it.
If you forgot your ID, please do the company registration again.
Q. Can you tell me the end time of job posting?
A. The post will be automatically ended on 24:00 of the ending date.
Q. Can you tell me the posting schedule?
A. The followings are our posting schedules

Created on Weekdays (Mon. to Fri.) 10:00-18:00/ Start posting on next working day
Created on Weekdays (Mon. to Fri.) from 18:00 to 10:00 of next working day, weekend and public holidays/ Start posting on next working day
Q. Can I set a timer for posting?
A. There is no timer function available. So, please proceed with your application according to your schedule.
Q. Can you tell me how to the “Repost” the job advertisement?
A. Please follow the following procedure of repost.

(1) After login, please click the page “Job advertisement management”
(2) Click the button “Repost” and apply

※Yet, please be advised that you cannot change the details of original copy for the case of reposting
 If you want to amend the original copy before reposting, please apply a new post again.
Q. Can I save the unfinished draft which is still on the process of creation?
A. The unfinished draft cannot be saved.

Advertisement which is being posted

Q. Can you tell me how to edit the information in the post?
A. I am sorry to tell you that you cannot edit the job information of the post that is being released currently.
Q. Can you tell me how to end the post?
A. Please apply for it through the enquiry form.
Q. Can I change the company name?
A. Please apply for it through the enquiry form.
Q. Can I change the plan?
A. Please be advised that we do not provide the service for changing the plan once the job posting has been already started.
Q. Can you tell me how to extend the period of posting?
A. You can do the procedure for extension by the following steps.

(1) Please open the “Job advertisement management” after you login.
(2) Then, apply by clicking the “Extend” button of the post you want to extend.

※Moreover, please note that for the case of extension, you cannot edit the content of your last post.
 If you want to edit your last post before reposting, please apply for a new one.
Q. Can you tell me the method of editing the data of company?
A. Please apply for it through the enquiry form.

Creation of job advertisement

Q. Can I recruit two job types or more in one post?
A. Since only one job type is allowed for one recruitment post, if you want to recruit more than one job type, please apply for job posting respectively.
Q. I failed to upload the photos.
A. You will fail to upload the photos if the photo size is under the required size. Please check the size and upload it again.

Width 640px x Length 480px, File size under 2MB  
Q. There is character corruption.
A. If you use the half-width katakana or platform dependent characters, there is a chance of character corruption.
It can be solved by changing the character encodings to “EUC”.

Q. Please tell me the how to reply the application and the Emails.
A. Please reply the applicants via “Application management” after you login.
Click the action button inside the inbox and then reply by clicking “Reply” on the bottom of the page.

A. If you forgot your password, please reset it again.
Click the “Forgot your password?” on the login page and reset with your registered Email address.
Q. I forgot my ID / password.
A. Please contact us via the enquiry form.

Payment

Q. Can you tell me how to make the payment?
A. We charge you based on the starting date of the release and the service※ Basically, the payment will be due on the last day of the following month.
Moreover, you can check the bill from the “Account statement” on the administration page.
Q. I cannot receive the invoice.
A. In case you cannot receive the invoice, please contact us directly. We will reissue a new one for you.
